internet software are owned by ELITE DATA SYSTEMS, and are protected
by the laws of the United States, its treaty countries and other
jurisdictions. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish,
upload, post, transmit, transfer, or distribute in any way any of

Proprietary
Software
ELITE DATA SYSTEMS develops
proprietary internet software and Websites. You shall have no rights
to this proprietary software and related documentation, or any
enhancements or modifications thereto. You may not copy, transcribe,
distribute, disassemble, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative
works from or otherwise reduce or alter ELITE DATA SYSTEMS Software
or Websites.
Additionally, ELITE DATA SYSTEMS
may provide Clients with limited license use of its software and
Websites. Clients agree and understand not to copy, transcribe,
distribute, disassemble, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative
works from or otherwise reduce or alter any ELITE DATA SYSTEMS
software.
Hosting
Cancellation Policy
This policy is to protect the
Client, as well as ELITE DATA SYSTEMS. It prevents others from
maliciously canceling a Client's account, and also provides the
Client and ELITE DATA SYSTEMS with written documentation of the
Client's cancellation.
Account cancellations must be made
with one of our Account Managers. You will need the following
information when discussing your cancellation request.
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- Web Address
- Valid-
working e-mail address
- The Reason
for Cancellation
ELITE DATA SYSTEMS does not honor
voicemails, fax or email requests for cancellation.
We will need to speak with you to
give you specific instructions on how to resolve your account.
It is important that you understand
that your cancellation request will not be complete until you fill
out an online cancellation form. You will not be able to fill out
this online form without getting a CLIENT ID from a Customer Service
Representative.
ELITE DATA SYSTEMS requires no
long-term contracts. Most accounts are billed monthly, in advance.
It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that we have received
the request for cancellation. We do not pro-rate any charges. You
are billed according to the billing cycle that was established when
your account was activated. Cancellation will occur when requested;
however we suggest you wait towards the end of the billing cycle to
cancel your account.
Once the Client has cancelled their
service, ELITE DATA SYSTEMS will no longer provide any support to
the account. This includes, but is not limited to, customer service,
technical support, and domain services. (i.e.- renewals, payments,
modifications, DNS alterations, etc.)
Please note that if the Client has
a balance due at the time of cancellation, this balance must be paid
in full. Cancellation does not absolve the Client of any outstanding
financial obligations.
